Opening Keynote Address

A scientific report is a report that summarizes scientific information, achievements, discoveries, and results of scientific research.

Such reports are given in various ways at scientific gatherings - conferences, symposia, etc. By the way, we would like to remind you that our specialists can prepare any educational and scientific work for you: buy narrative essays online and all other types of scientific papers.

Our Opening Keynote will be delivered by Dr. Karen Hessler at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, June 14th in Ross 1010. Dr. Karen Hessler has a passion for finding innovative and effective teaching strategies to use in the nursing classroom, online and experiential learning environments. She has been an educator for over 20 years. In addition to several publications focused on educational research and strategies, she recently published Flipping the Nursing Classroom: Where Interactive Learning Meets Technology, the first text to provide guidance for nurse educators using the flipped classroom. Dr. Hessler is currently a research fellow for Flipped Learning Global Initiative lead by Jon Bergmann, one of the pioneers of the flipped classroom. She is currently an Associate Professor at the University of Nebraska Medical Center.

The keynote can be viewed here through the UNC Flipped Learning Conference Facebook page.
